POA Youth Football – a 7-a-Side tournament – will be played on an elimination basis.
FIFA rules will apply. Any variations will be communicated to the teams before the start of the tournament.
Each team will comprise of 10 players (including 3 substitutes) and ideally 2 officials/handlers.
In case of a tie, the match will go straight to penalties.
All other details on the play format will be communicated at the tournament.
THE REFEREES’ DECISION WILL BE FINAL. However where there is obvious bias, the organisers will exercise veto powers.
