— SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE DIVISION

For Africa Member Nations

Your country selects the infrastructure. We bring the capital and the blueprint.

ASIF is a Pan-African Fund that co-funds with member nations to build world-class social infrastructure - hospitals, schools, housing, stadiums and creative campuses - at a scale no single government can achieve alone.

The challenge

What served Africa for the past 50 years cannot serve it for the next five decades.

Sub-optimal social and economic models have stifled Africa's Prosperity. Quality social infrastructure - schools, hospitals, housing, sports, creative economy spaces - remains out of reach for most of the continent's 1.4 billion people.

Building a Prosperous Africa requires new thinking, new mechanisms and courageous leadership. No single government can bridge this gap alone. But collectively, through pooling serious capital and world-class execution, the gap becomes an opportunity.

Every $1 invested in ASIF projects is projected to yield at least $8 in economic returns to the host country.

The ASIF Model

You choose the projects. We co-fund, build & manage.

Each member country selects from ASIF's portfolio, allocates land, and contributes 20–50%. ASIF funds the rest and manages execution.

Choose your developments

Select any combination of projects from five sectors — education, healthcare, sports, housing, and creative economy — matched to your national priorities.

Contribute to the fund

Your country contributes 20–50% and allocates land. ASIF funds the rest. No sovereign debt, no fiscal pressure, and no unfavorable conditions.

World-class execution

Every project uses ASIF's branded blueprints - pre-designed, internationally benchmarked facilities delivered through the Woodside Social Infrastructure Division.

Development Platforms

Five sectors. Pick what your country needs.

What a partnership looks like

If your country selects five developments — one from each sector.

Each country chooses the projects that align with its national development plan. The numbers below illustrate a typical five-project scenario. Single-sector partnerships are equally available.

Contribution percentage (20–50%) varies by country based on the ASIF Benchmark Index (ABI) derived from ease of doing business dynamics.
