To join the POA Arts Gallery as an artist, one must meet the following minimal requirements:

• Age of 18-35 years old; or if outside this age range, must be creating works of art for the youth market.
• Have original ready works of art. Conceptual work is also accepted and financed if there is proof of concept.
• A citizen of any African country.
