POA Professional Coaching is designed for the youth who are in formal employment. These individuals are leaders and an inspiration to others; and have made a commendable contribution to the corporate arena as employees. They may work in private companies, government institutions or NGOs. Young employees from all sectors are welcome to join the POA Professional Coaching Program.
