Outstanding athletes who are identified and awarded under The Sports Category of the POA Youth Awards have an opportunity to be sponsored into the various programs that will run under the Majekr Sports Arena.

This is by harnessing and supporting sporting talent across the continent through Athlete recruitment, development, commercial linkages and transitions.
