POA Foundation is a financial resource for the charities of altruistic youth who have been identified through The Humanitarian Category of the POA Youth Awards 

These are individuals who have made the lives of others better, fuller and richer with meaning. They have reached out, served, and improved fellow African’s circumstances. She/he is the champion of their cause and creates positive social change by increasing equality for all.

The humanitarian may serve as a volunteer or founder, whether individually or as part of an organization.
